After Sales Services include the followings:
1. Pre-Sales Services:
Provide technical information; inspect the sample products and provide free
consultancy services
2. Sales Services:
Provide technical consultancy services; install and commissioning; operation
training; mode of guarantee services and related services
3. After Sales Services:
Technical support; repair and maintenance; supply parts; provide periodical
services during guarantee; preliminary and advanced training for operation in
customer’s repair shop or location.
After Sales Services shall be provided round the clock as soon as possible (max.
48 hours.
Technical and operational training (operation of devices) in two levels of
preliminary and advance simultaneously upon delivery of the device, are among
outstanding aspects of the Company.
